Meet Silvio M. Silvi,
Attorney at Law
Mr. Silvi has been practicing law since 1986, when he received his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. He received his undergraduate degree from Saint Joseph's University, Philadelphia. He was born and raised in Tullytown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and moved to the Jersey Shore due to his love of the ocean, bays, and boardwalks. He is also an avid hunter and fisherman.
Mr. Silvi concentrates his practice in estate planning, real estate, municipal court, and tax appeals. He has represented buyers and sellers in thousands of residential and commercial real estate closings. As a real estate attorney, Mr. Silvi provides prompt attorney review, negotiation of real estate contracts, preparation of all necessary real estate documentation, and careful review of the title search, survey, and inspection reports. All real estate closings are held at his office located on Route 37 in Toms River, New Jersey. He also has satellite offices on Hooper Avenue in Brick, and on Lacey Road in Forked River. Silvi Attorney at Law L.L.C. since 2021. Kaitlyn has also furthered her expertise in the real estate profession by obtaining her New Jersey real estate license.
